We collect information you provide directly: name, email, company, and the content you submit during a review (your description, answers, and any documents you upload). We also collect product usage data: which steps you reach, feature usage, timing, and error signals. Usage data never includes the text of your documents, your answers, or your reports.
Your information is used to run your review, deliver your report, support your account, and — during the closed beta, with your agreement — to understand how the product performs so we can improve it. We do not sell your data, and we do not share your content with other customers.
Your content is analysed by Claude models operated by Anthropic under Anthropic's commercial API terms. Your content is not used to train AI models — neither by us nor by Anthropic. Anthropic deletes API inputs and outputs from its systems within 30 days and does not use them to train its models.
Data is stored in Supabase (hosted PostgreSQL) and encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2/1.3). Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth. During the closed beta, with your agreement, your sessions and reports are retained so we can learn from them and improve the product. You can delete any session at any time; deletion is immediate and permanent.
You can delete any session yourself from the review list. Deleting a session permanently removes the report, the conversation, the extracted text of your uploads, and any cached renders. For audit and billing purposes we keep records that contain no content: the payment record, token counts, and the record that you acknowledged the download terms. To delete your account, or to request an export of your data, contact support@ndirectorsuite.com; account deletion is completed within 30 days.
Anthropic (AI analysis), Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments — we never see your card number), and Resend (transactional email). Each processes only what its role requires.
