We collect information you provide directly: name, email, company, and content submitted during sessions. We also collect usage data: session activity, feature usage, and performance metrics.
Your information is used to provide the Service, improve AI quality, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Content you submit is processed by AI models (Anthropic Claude) to generate analysis and reports. Your content may be used to improve the Service but is not shared with other users.
Data is stored in Supabase (hosted PostgreSQL) with encryption at rest. Authentication data is managed by Supabase Auth. Session data is retained for the duration of your account.
You can request data export or deletion by contacting support@ndirectorsuite.com. Account deletion removes all associated data within 30 days.
